Shipping Policy

This shipping policy provides estimated time frames only based on average order volumes and normal operating conditions. Actual processing times and shipping/delivery estimates can vary significantly due to production facility location, shipping destination, order volume fluctuations, inclement weather, customs procedures, carrier transit route changes, holidays, staffing shortages, equipment failures, raw material supply issues, damages, losses and other disruptions affecting Company fulfillment centers or shipping partners.

Customers acknowledge that provided timelines constitute non-binding guidance only. No guarantees are expressed or implied. Company assumes no liability for shipment delays or losses by third party carriers. Customers agree to accept all risk associated with potential carrier delays or disruptions pursuant to Company’s standard Terms of Service.

Standard Fulfillment Timeframes

Most custom printed products require 1-3 business days for pre-production processing including: order verification, proofing, slotting production schedule, staging raw materials, printing, packaging, batching orders and coordinating carrier pickups from fulfillment centers. Here are the breakdown of different product line fulfillment time frames:

  • Metal Prints - 1-3 days fulfillment
  • RGB Gaming Mouse Pads - 1-3 days fulfillment
  • Desk Mats - 1-3 days fulfillment
  • Laptop Sleeve - 1 - 3 days fulfillment

Add 2-3 additional business days for pre-order proofing and review for customized and personalized products.

Shipping Time Estimates

Once an order has finished production and shipped from Company fulfillment centers, the estimated shipping transit time to the final destination varies based on:

United States Shipment:

  • Contiguous 48 States: 5-18 business days via ground carriers.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 9-20business days on average due to limited direct freight routes.
  • Oversized Objects (furniture, rugs etc): 10-25 days based on overland carrier routes to destination state/zip code.

International Shipment:

  • Canada: 7-20 days depending on destination province.
  • Europe: 10-25 days depending on destination country.
  • Australia/Oceania Shipments: 12-25 days on average.
  • South America, Asia, Africa & Other: 14-25 days on average, excluding potential customs delays.

Expedited Domestic and International Shipping:

  • 1 Day Express Shipping: 1 business day delivery for select areas and products, where available
  • 2 Day Express Shipping: 2-3 business days, where available
  • 3 Day Express Shipping: 3-4 business days delivery, where service is offered.
  • Premium expedited service fees apply. Limited to select products, and destinations. Requires pre-cutoff order time to guarantee express delivery date.

Potential Shipping Disruptions

  • Holidays like Christmas may cause 2-4 day delays for standard shipping time frames quoted.
  • Inclement weather (hurricanes, snowstorms, wildfires etc) that obstruct major transport routes can postpone deliveries 3-7+ days until conditions permit safe passage.
  • Customs inspection procedures, import restrictions or prohibited item regulations can add 2-5 days on average to international orders if selected for secondary screening.
  • Labor shortages, raw material supply disruptions, equipment malfunctions or other issues can cause periodic production bottlenecks that delay order processing anywhere from 2-7 days.

Order Confirmation & Tracking Customers will receive email confirmation when order is processed with shipping carrier tracking number that can be referenced on carrier website to monitor in-transit movement and estimated delivery date.

However, third party tracking information provided should only be used as general guidance and not precise delivery date guarantee. Company is not liable for inaccurate carrier tracking timestamps or missed delivery projections.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages Company takes extensive precautions in packaging items to prevent damage in-transit. However, we cannot guarantee orders arriving without damage caused by:

  • Insufficient or incorrect address details submitted resulting in misdelivery.
  • Weather damage to exterior packaging and contents if left exposed.
  • Mishandling, accidents or theft by shipping partner.

Customers agree to promptly inspect deliveries upon arrival and report any missing, damaged or undelivered items to Company Customer Service within 3 business days of projected delivery for investigation. Failure to provide timely written notice of issues releases Company from liability.
